I set up Opel Skies after many years of practice on a wide range of people on the deepest levels of the body/mind, facilitating healing on the physical, emotional and spiritual body, where Breath is the core foundation to all that is achieved. To me Breath is all that is - 'In life there is breath and in breath there is life'.
I have been called an 'Inituitive' many times, but I feel that I am soley woman; put on this earth walk; as daughter, sister, lover, earth woman, wise woman and friend. I am a Meditiation practitioner and teacher, professional Shiatsu practitioner (MRSS), Labyrinth facilitator, Theologian, Spiritual Guide and facilitator.
